Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using BrandKlip ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

BrandKlip is currently operated as a sole proprietorship. We plan to register as a company after validating product-market fit. These Terms apply to the current operating phase.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • If you are a business (Brand), your company must be legally registered and operating.
  • You represent that you have the right to enter into these Terms.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during signup.

3. CREATOR TERMS & OBLIGATIONS

Creators on BrandKlip agree to:

  • Order and pay for the product from the Brand's provided link.
  • Submit original video content per the Brand's brief.
  • Grant the Brand a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to the submitted content.
  • Ensure all video content is 100% original and does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. BRAND TERMS & OBLIGATIONS

Brands on BrandKlip agree to:

  • Provide a valid, active, and available product link.
  • Pre-pay for campaigns into the BrandKlip Wallet.
  • Review Creator applications and approve qualified participants.
  • Acknowledge the 14-day refund window after video approval.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments to Creators are processed 14 days after video approval. Payments are made via UPI through the Razorpay gateway. Brands are charged only when a video is approved.

6. CONTENT POLICY

Prohibited content includes illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or violent material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BrandKlip provides its platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
